you will only receive the keychain of the member purchased.

If keychain appears cloudy and scratched, it might come with a protective film on the back, please make sure to remove it for a clean, glossy finish. 

Please note: if there is no problem using the item, it will not be recognized as defective. If you are picky, please purchase carefully.

If there is an issue with your order you must let the UNULYNN team know within 3 days after delivery. 

Refunds are only provided if there was a mistake on UNULYNN's end. EX: The wrong item was sent. In which case, the customer must have to send the item back before being issued a refund.
