[ PRE - ORDER ] BTS Heart Pickets

PRE-ORDER ITEM: This item needs to be produced & may take up to 1-2 months to be shipped out to you. Please consider this before purchasing.

When shopping, you MUST add the member pickets you want AND the group picket to your cart for it to be automatically discounted. EXAMPLE: Add options V, RM & BTS (group picket) to your cart = group picket is discounted during checkout. If you only add ONE member picket and BTS (group picket), you will be charged full price for it.

BUNDLE (All pickets): When you purchase this option, you receive all seven individual pickets along with the group one. Total of 8 pickets for $90USD.

Because of the shape it is normal for there to be imprints, unfortunately it happens to all pickets, even official ones! if a picket has imprints due to this, it will NOT be recognized as defective. 

Please note: if there is no problem using the item, it will not be recognized as defective. If you are picky, please purchase carefully. Small scratches may be present due to material.

All sales are final. Cancellation of pre-orders is not possible.  

If there is an issue with your order you must let the UNULYNN team know within 3 days after delivery. 

Refunds are only provided if there was a mistake on UNULYNN's end. EX: The wrong item was sent. In which case, the customer must have to send the item back before being issued a refund.
